- A) 1600 meters Run In 7 Minutes for Civil PSI and 6.30 Minutes RSI CR/DR
- B) Long Jump 3.80 meters in 3 chances only OR High jump 1.20 meters in 3 chances only
- C) Shotput 7.26 Kgs 5.60 meters in 3 chances only
- D) Height 168 cm for Men
- E) Chest 86 cm When fully expanded minimum Expansion must be 5 cm)

Physical Test For Women, Inservice and Ex-servicemen
- A) 400 meters Run in 2 Minutes
- B) Long Jump 2.50 meters in 3 chances only OR High Jump 0.90 meters in 3 chances only
- C) Shotput 4 Kg in 3.75 meters in 3 chances only
- D) Height 157 cm for Women 168 cm for In-service and No Height for Ex-Servicemen
- E) Chest for Men Only 86 cm When fully expanded Minimum Expansion must be 5 cm for In service and ex-servicemen
- F) Weight for women only 45 Kgs
